Peter Webster, P.Geo., F.G.C.
VP of Exploration
Peter Webster is a senior geoscientist with more than 40 years of experience in mineral exploration, resource evaluation and project management. He is the founder and owner of Mercator Geological Services Limited, where he leads a multidisciplinary team providing exploration management, geological modelling, mineral resource estimation, technical reporting and Qualified Person services. At Goldcana, he will oversee the Company's exploration strategy and technical programs.
Sheri Rempel
CFO & Director
Sheri Rempel has more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, including over 25 years working with public and private companies across the mining, technology, real estate, financial services and hospitality sectors. She has served as CFO, Controller and director of several public companies and is the founder of ARO Consulting Inc., which provides financial reporting and corporate administration services to Canadian issuers.

Matt Fraser
Advisor & Director of La Sarre Gold Project
Matt Fraser is a Canadian mining entrepreneur, prospector and project generator with extensive experience in mineral exploration, corporate development and strategic transactions. He has founded and led several mineral exploration companies and has assembled portfolios across Québec focused on gold, base metals and critical minerals. He is leading the advancement of Goldcana's district-scale La Sarre Gold Project.
Glenn Griesbach, B.Sc., P.Geo.
Technical Advisor
Glenn Griesbach is a professional geologist with more than 45 years of international experience in mineral exploration, project generation and mineral asset development. He has held roles with Cominco, Falconbridge, Barrick Gold, SNC-Lavalin and Watts, Griffis and McOuat. He has extensive knowledge of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt and played an important role in assembling the La Sarre Gold Project over more than five years, generating properties for 40+ publicly listed companies since 2007.

Geological and Exploration Partner
Mercator Geological Services Limited will serve as Goldcana's primary geological and exploration partner. Founded in 1995, Mercator employs more than 40 geoscientists and technical professionals and has completed over 500 projects. The firm provides exploration management, mineral resource estimation, geological modelling, geophysics, Qualified Person services and AI-assisted target generation. Its multidisciplinary team will support Goldcana in evaluating historical information, developing exploration targets and advancing systematic field and drilling programs across the La Sarre Gold Project.

Matthew Harrington is a professional geologist specializing in mineral resource estimation, geological modelling and project management. He supports the development of technically defensible exploration models and resource evaluations across a range of mineral deposit types.
Michael Cullen, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Chief Geologist
Michael Cullen is a professional geologist with expertise in precious-metal and base-metal exploration, deposit geology and geological interpretation. As Mercator's Chief Geologist, he provides senior technical oversight across exploration and resource-development programs.
Ryan Kressall, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Director of Geoscience
Ryan Kressall specializes in geochemistry, geoscientific data integration and AI-assisted mineral prospectivity modelling. His work combines traditional geological interpretation with advanced analytical methods to identify and prioritize exploration targets.
Shokouh Riahi, Ph.D.
Geophysicist & AI Geologist
Dr. Shokouh Riahi specializes in geophysical interpretation and the analysis of complex geological datasets. Her work integrates geophysics, data science and artificial intelligence to support target generation and exploration decision-making.
Courtney Fry
GIS Manager
Courtney Fry manages Mercator's geographic information systems, spatial databases and field-mapping workflows. She supports the organization, interpretation and visualization of geological, geochemical and geophysical information used throughout exploration programs.
Luke Webster
Senior Software Developer & Machine Learning Specialist
Luke Webster develops machine-learning systems, technical data pipelines and software tools used to organize and analyze exploration information. His work supports Mercator's AI-assisted targeting and mineral prospectivity programs.
